Instructions :-
1) Download The Effect By Right Clicking On It And save as To Your Desktop
2) Now Copy The Downloaded Effect
3) Now Paste The Effect In the Photoscape directory such as :-
c:/program files/Photoscape/Icons/Etc.
4) Then Open Photoscape Select A Photo/Objects And Click On More.
5) Now Select Your Favourite effect According to Your Choice and Edit Your Pics.
